We began roasting five years ago, starting small and growing into intentional drum roasting rooted in quality and care. We refuse to compromise on freshness, sourcing, or thoughtful roasting. Every coffee we offer is chosen deliberately—if it doesn’t bring something honest and meaningful to the table, we don’t serve it.
